In honor of the remarkable women from the Southwestern Region who have served in the highest level of our sisterhood - as International Grand Basileus - or the highest level in our Region - as a Syntaktes (Regional Director), we pay tribute to their unwavering dedication, leadership, and commitment to the sisterhood.
